220E Feed Fingers

QUICK DETAILS

1、as feed fingers: for feeding forward workpiece bars in automatic lathes
2、as pick-up collets: for moving up workpiece bars on NC lathes,for repositioning of workpieces
3、Bore pattern:Smooth,On request with round grooves.
4、Hardness:Feed fingers are made from special spring steel. The front component with the clamping bore has a hardness of approx. HRc 60 – where this is not prevented by the partial tempering. The thread and spring areas are hardened to spring temper.
